We’re creating a fresh new look—and we want YOUR help designing our new community association logo! Submit your original design for a chance to win a prize and have your logo featured across all our materials!
📅 Contest Deadline:
All entries must be received by May 31, 2025.
✅ Contest Guidelines:
- Who Can Enter:
- Open to all residents of Fairhaven and surrounding area.
- All ages welcome (children and youth encouraged to participate!)**.
- Logo Requirements:
- Must be original and not copied or adapted from existing designs.
- Should reflect the spirit of our community (e.g. connection, activity, local pride).
- Submit in high-quality digital format: PNG, JPG, or PDF.
- Black-and-white or color designs welcome.
- Logo should be clear and visible at both small (e.g., social media icon) and large (e.g., banner) sizes.
- How to Submit:
- Email your logo to info@fairhavencommunity.ca with subject line: “Logo Contest Submission”
- Include your full name, contact info, and a short description of your design.
- Prize:
- Winner will receive [Insert Prize – e.g., gift card, community swag, free program registration, etc.]
- Winning design will be used on our website, social media, newsletters, and signage!
- Selection Process:
- Finalists will be selected by the Community Association Board.
- The winner will be announced on Facebook and via email after our June 11 meeting.
- Other Notes:
- By submitting an entry, you agree to give the Fairhaven Community Association full rights to use and modify the logo.
- The board reserves the right to request edits or choose no winner if submissions don’t meet criteria.
- If you are under 18 please have a parent or guardian fill out and email a consent form as well.
